User Responsibility

Provide only authentic information. Keep your login credentials secure.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Profile Authenticity

Fake or misleading profiles are strictly prohibited and will be removed.

Community Behaviour

Respect fellow members. Abuse, harassment, spam or illegal content will result in suspension or termination.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading you grant Patwa Parivar a limited license to display it as part of the service.

Photo & Document Upload Rules

Upload only your own content. Nudity, violence or unlawful material is banned.

Payments (Future)

For any paid service introduced in the future, separate terms will be published before charging.

Membership Rules

Membership can be suspended or terminated at any time for violation of these terms.

Disclaimer

Patwa Parivar is a platform provider. Marriage decisions remain personal; independently verify all information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patwa Parivar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of Patwa Parivar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
